Profile
I have over 20 years' experience as a technical author, predominantly in the IT sector. I have produced a variety of printed documents including user's guides, owner's handbooks, installation instructions, quick-reference guides and many more. I have also produced on-line help in various formats for both PC and web-based applications.
I have Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications in Word and Excel (both at Expert level) and I am an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in FrameMaker 7.0.
