Chapter House Documentation (CHD) was set up to serve the documentation needs of the information technology sector in the Midlands, but is not currently accepting new clients.
Established in Worcester, CHD specialised in user guides and on-line help for computer-based systems, but could provide any type of documentation to suit customers' requirements.
It remains true that clear, attractive documentation increases the effectiveness of your product or service and reduces support calls. Careful design enables the information in your documentation to be reused, repurposed and more easily maintained. By using open standards, you can avoid over-reliance on a particular vendor, reduce costs and plan for future development.
